Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has released the official notification for NCL Recruitment 2026, inviting applications for 577 vacancies including HEMM Operator (Trainee), Staff Nurse, and Overseer (Civil). Eligible candidates can apply online at https://www.nclcil.in from 09 April 2026 to 01 May 2026. This is a golden opportunity for 10th pass candidates with HMV licenses and medical professionals.

Ye opportunity un logo ke liye hai jo Coal India ki subsidiary mein apna career banana chahte hain. NCL ki ye mines Madhya Pradesh ke Singrauli aur Uttar Pradesh ke Sonbhadra district mein hain, toh posting bhi wahin hogi. Iske liye aapko Matriculate (10th) pass hona chahiye aur saath mein Valid HMV/Transport License hona compulsory hai. Sabse important baat ye hai ki General/EWS candidates ke 10th mein minimum 55% marks hone chahiye.

NCL mein salary NCWA-XI (National Coal Wage Agreement) ke hisaab se milti hai. HEMM Operators ko daily rated basis par rakha jata hai, jabki Paramedical staff monthly rated hote hain.
HEMM Operator (Trainee): Basic Pay ₹1502.66 per day.
Staff Nurse / Overseer (Grade C): Basic Pay ₹47330.25 per month.
ECG Technician (Grade D): Basic Pay ₹43775.55 per month.
Roughly, aapki in-hand salary allowances (DA, HRA, Attendance Bonus) mila kar ₹55,000 se ₹65,000 ke beech hogi. Ye ek bahut hi handsome amount hai ek fresher ke liye!
Computer Based Test (CBT): Sabse pehle ek online exam hoga. Isme merit ke basis par selection hota hai.
Document Verification: CBT clear karne walo ko apne original documents dikhane honge.
Medical Examination: NCL ke standard ke hisaab se medical fitness check ki jayegi.
