RVC Officers ko Level 10B (7th CPC) mein commission kiya jata hai. Isme Military Service Pay (MSP) ₹15,500 aur Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) 25% of basic pay milta hai. Ye salary kisi bhi private veterinary practice se kahin zyada hai.
Roughly, aapki in-hand salary hogi around ₹1,20,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month, depending on posting location (X, Y, or Z category city). Iske alawa DA, HRA, aur TA bhi milta hai.
Indian Army mein RVC officers ki growth bahut structured hoti hai. Commissioning ke waqt aap Captain bante hain. 2 saal ki service ke baad aap Major ban jate hain aur 13 saal ki service ke baad Lt Colonel. 15-20 saal mein aapki salary ₹2.5 Lakh tak pahunch sakti hai.
